Visiting the site
This site runs no analytics, sets no cookies of its own, loads no third-party scripts and serves its fonts from its own host. It does not profile you or follow you to other sites.
The site is hosted on Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify receives your IP address and browser details in order to serve the page and keeps standard server logs for its own operation and security. I do not use those logs to identify visitors.
The quote form
The quote request is handled by Netlify Forms, part of the hosting service. What you type is stored in Netlify’s dashboard. Netlify classifies each submission with Akismet, a spam filter run by Automattic. Verified submissions are also emailed to me at hello@aiintegrator.net, a Google Workspace mailbox; flagged ones stay in a spam list in the dashboard that I also check. The fields are your name, work email, company, what you need, the product, the scenario, timing, how I would get access, and the consent box.
I use it for one thing: answering your request. It is not added to a mailing list, shared or sold. A request that does not turn into work is deleted within 90 days. A request that does is kept with the engagement file.
If you email hello@aiintegrator.net instead, the message is stored in the Google Workspace mailbox for aiintegrator.net and handled the same way: used to answer you, and deleted within 90 days if it does not turn into work.
Do not put credentials or real customer data in the form or in an email. If access needs a login, say so and I will ask for it over a channel you choose.
During an audit
- Your customers’ data stays out. I work with a made-up business and test accounts. Real customer data does not enter the product during an audit unless you provide a sandbox that already contains your own test data, and then only that.
- What I capture. Network logs, screenshots and timestamps from the customer-facing side of your product, under a test account. Screenshots are redacted of anything that would identify a real person before they go in the report.
- Your materials. Docs, policies, sandbox access and anything else you give me are used only for the engagement and are covered by the confidentiality terms in the engagement terms.
- Retention. I keep the report and its evidence folder for twelve months after delivery so the retest has something to compare against, then delete them unless you ask me to keep them longer.
- Publication. Audit material is not published, used for rankings or turned into coverage on opensourcesai.com. With your written OK, one anonymized line can go on the track record page.
Your choices
Ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, and I will. Reply to any email from me, write to hello@aiintegrator.net, or use the request form and say that is what the message is about.
Changes
If any of the above changes, this page changes with it, and the review date at the top moves.
